THE DC3 STORY
Our story is best told in two parts. DC3 properties is a family owned and ran business in the greater area west of St. Louis. Coming from a third generation home builder, the Collier family has been building communities in the area since the early 1970's. Seeing a need for multi family communities in the Troy area Don purchased his first property in 2005, expanding on the vision he had our flagship community of Quail Run was born. Today, DC3 property managment is developing and operating communities across the Lincoln, St. Charles and Warren County areas. Over the years we have grown and changed but our commitment to our residences and our neighborhoods have stayed the same.
The Team
Don Collier - President
The founder and operator since 2005. Using his 30 years of experience in real estate Donald continues to develop and maintain wonderful communities.
Chad McNulty - Director of Maintenance
Chad has been with out team since 2022 Supervising our Maintenance team and being our residents contact for all maintenance needs
Rachael Fairman - Community Manager
Rachael has been with out team since 2019. Starting in leasing and now managing/overseeing all of the communities being our residents first line of communication and a truly friendly face to all.
